Ancestral Healing Sessions

An Ancestral Healing Session focuses on ancestral patterns and how they come up in your present life. This session is recommended when you are looking to reveal and work on understanding + heal from the root of ancestral patterns. These range from auto-immune issues, what some people refer to as 'curses', behavioral patterns, to unlocking spiritual gifts that passed down ancestrally. These sessions tend to go much deeper compared to others and prior to session start, you will be given some steps and tips to help prepare. Just a heads up- we can only work on one side at a time (either maternal or paternal). Some of your ancestral history is often uncovered during these sessions.
